2. Music, Audio, Lyrics, and Voice Content

Do not use MusicMaker.IM to copy protected songs, lyrics, instrumentals, recordings, artist styles, voices, or performances in a way that violates rights or misleads others. This includes unauthorized sampling, song covers, voice changing, singing voice generation, or audio-to-music workflows that misuse another person's work or identity.

3. Image, Video, and Likeness Content

For image and video tools, do not create or share non-consensual impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, fake endorsements, or misleading content involving a real person's face, voice, likeness, brand, or identity. If identifiable people or protected brands are involved, you must have the required rights and consent.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not upload, generate, request, publish, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, extremist, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, infringing, or intended to deceive, harass, or harm others.

5. Moderation and Reports

We may use automated checks, third-party safety tools, manual review, user reports, and usage monitoring to help prevent misuse. If you believe content on MusicMaker.IM violates this policy or your rights, report it at [email protected] with the relevant URL, content ID if available, and a short explanation.

6. Review and Enforcement

We aim to review and respond to reports within 7 days after receiving enough information. Depending on the situation, we may block prompts, reject uploads, remove or restrict content, disable downloads or sharing, suspend generation access, or terminate accounts.
